General Terms and Conditions Ma Sage

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, appointments, and services of Ma Sage Massage Practice.

2. Appointments

Appointments can be made via the website, by phone, or by email. An appointment is final once it has been confirmed.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours or failure to show up for the appointment, Ma Sage reserves the right to charge the full treatment cost.

4. Payment

Payment must be made directly after the treatment, unless otherwise agreed. Ma Sage reserves the right to request advance payment.

5. Health and Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health. Ma Sage is not liable for any damage resulting from withholding relevant information.

6. Liability

Ma Sage is not liable for damage, loss, or injury occurring during or after a treatment, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

7. Hygiene and Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and to maintain good personal hygiene. In the event of inappropriate behavior, the treatment may be terminated immediately without refund.

8. Gift Cards and Memberships

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. Memberships are personal and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Force Majeure

Ma Sage is not obliged to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure.

10. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

11. Changes

Ma Sage reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
